Build and Test

Assembly and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) ensure quality and functionality. Once completed, you can be sure of a successful result.

Assembly involves the physical construction and integration of the various components, subsystems, and modules of the machine. Our skilled technicians and engineers carefully assemble the parts into a cohesive and operational unit. This phase requires precision, as even the smallest error can have significant negative effects on the performance of the packaging line.

After assembly, the machine undergoes ‘Factory Acceptance Testing’ or FAT. This is an extensive evaluation conducted in the controlled environment of the manufacturing facility. During FAT, the machine is subjected to a series of rigorous tests and simulations that mimic real-world working conditions. This allows us to verify critical parameters such as speed, accuracy, load capacity, safety features, and adherence to the original design specifications. Any deviations or issues that arise during the FAT process are addressed before the machine is shipped to your location.

Commissioning marks the transition from a physically assembled unit to a fully operational machine. It includes a comprehensive series of activities and tests to ensure that all components, systems, and functionalities of the machine work in harmony and meet the specified performance criteria.

Skilled technicians and engineers carefully fine-tune settings, calibrate sensors, and check interconnections to optimize performance. Additionally, a series of controlled tests are conducted under various operating conditions to validate the machine’s capabilities and reliability.

This phase is also crucial for identifying and correcting minor issues or discrepancies that may occur during the initial operation. A successful commissioning confirms that the machine is ready for full production!
