Since 1975, Italian company Concetti has been producing custom automated packaging solutions for the most challenging materials. They operate in over 60 countries.

Greiff Velox

German firm Greiff-Velox offers packaging machines, filling technology, and palletizing solutions. With over 3,000 completed projects in 90 countries, they deliver quality backed by nearly 1,000 years of experience.

VAI

The highly skilled team at VAI (Veneta Automazioni Industriali) in Italy has been designing, developing, and delivering semi- and fully automated packaging machines for 40 years.

1980

Establishment of Govatec

Govatec Engineering was founded by Herman Goossens, focusing on equipment and installations for processing dry substances.

1997

Acquisition by Verder Group

The Dutch Verder Group acquires Govatec, and the company relocates to Antwerp.

2010

Govatec becomes Maxpac

The company becomes autonomous under the new name Maxpac and moves to Temse. The new management focuses on packaging and handling solid substances. The technical service and sales company specialises in packaging machines and becomes the agent for brands like Concetti, Greif-Velox, Unitech, and VAI.

2018

A multidisciplinary player

Maxpac moves to a larger location, expanding its activities with new engineering and welding construction departments. Large-scale turnkey projects are pursued, offering clients comprehensive A-to-Z project management and strong after-sales service.

2023

Maxpac grows

Alex Govaert joins the management team and becomes co-owner. Maxpac continues to grow organically, employing over 20 people. The focus remains on excellent service and strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
