Optimal pallet transport solutions
Explore our transport systems that move loaded pallets with the necessary care.
Roller Conveyors
Roller conveyors are essential in packaging lines, where they transport pallets to and from various machines. This ensures smooth and efficient packaging and processing of products. Standard versions are available in painted steel for excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel versions are also available for environments where hygiene and corrosion resistance are critical.
Chain Conveyors
Chain conveyors are robust constructions with industrial chains. For longer conveyor segments, it can be more cost-effective to use a chain conveyor instead of a roller conveyor. The grip of the chain conveyor allows for smooth transport of heavy loads without issues. Additionally, it offers high precision in positioning. Another advantage is that chain conveyors are easy to clean, which is crucial in industries like food processing. Chain conveyors are available with 2 or 3 tracks, and the transporters are made of steel or stainless steel. Depending on the application, an appropriate chain type can be selected.
Since chain conveyors cannot make turns, angled transitions are used. Additionally, it’s easy to pick up or place pallets with a forklift at the start or end of a chain conveyor.
Turntables
Turntables are designed to change the direction of pallets within a production line. These systems can be equipped with roller conveyors, chain conveyors, or slat conveyors and offer rotation angles of 90, 180, 270, or 360 degrees. They are used to consolidate pallet traffic from multiple lines into one or to divert pallet traffic from one line into multiple lines.
90-Degree Transfer Units
90° transfer units are designed to efficiently change the direction of pallets within a production line. These systems consist of a combination of roller conveyors and chain conveyors mounted at a 90-degree angle, along with a lifting device. They provide a reliable solution for rerouting pallets without manual intervention.
Shuttle systems
Shuttle systems consist of one or more shuttle cars that move along rails, either positioned above the floor or embedded within it. Stop locations are controlled via laser sensors or scanners. These systems are designed for moving pallets over long distances, changing the direction of pallets within the line, and for merging or diverting pallet traffic.
