Flat film fill and seal machines

Suitable for reliably packaging a wide variety of products with volumes up to 50 kilograms or 100 liters.

These vertical bagging machines are designed to fill and seal different bag sizes, ranging from 500g to 50kg and up to 100 liters in volume.

VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) machines can package a broad range of products, including soil, compost, peat, bark, wood pellets, fertilizers, laundry detergent, sand, stones, aggregates, pet food, powders, salt, coffee, sugar, short pasta, rice, flour, and spices.

This versatile packaging machine forms PE or laminated bags from flat film using impulse seal bars (for PE bi-seal films) or hot bar sealers (for laminated mono-seal films). It then weighs and doses the desired quantity of product into the bag, seals it, and delivers it to the output conveyor.

Our vertical packaging machines from VAI are the result of thirty years of experience. They not only support various sizes but also guarantee reliability and ease of maintenance. Moreover, they reduce operational costs thanks to affordable consumables, a compact footprint, and low energy consumption. This sustainable packaging solution delivers a strong return on investment.

All machines are customisable. Dosing and weighing systems, transport systems, and stainless steel or painted steel structures can be tailored to your needs. This ensures that our solutions perfectly match specific packaging requirements.

At Maxpac, you can choose from a range of semi-automatic to fully automatic solutions, all available with multiple options and features.
