Not only safeguard your pallet but also its contents by strapping them

Bind individual products, boxes, or pallets together using a strapping band or cord

A strapping machine, also known as a banding machine or bundling machine, is used to securely bind products, boxes, or pallets with the help of strapping band or cord. The machine works by tightening the strapping around the items to be bundled and then sealing it.

Integrating such a solution into your logistics process can offer many valuable advantages.

While pallet wrappers and stretch hood machines focus mainly on stabilizing and protecting your pallet loads, strapping machines provide additional stability to your individual products, boxes, or bags. This is especially useful when packaging loose or irregularly shaped items that need additional support. The strapping bands can be applied either vertically or horizontally, keeping the packaged items firmly together. This prevents your products from shifting or being damaged during transport or storage.

By compacting the packaged products, less space is also required during transport or storage.

The machine is equipped with all the necessary equipment for full automation. Thanks to the strapping head with vibrating welds, higher speeds can be achieved. Additionally, there are no issues with smoke formation and the machine requires very little maintenance.

An added value to your packaging process for anyone seeking better stability, protection, and safety for their individual products.
